Its activities including Production of all kinds of cement ,Manage and Operate all kinds of cement plants Wholesale and retail trade of the company's products and building materials including the import and export outside the Kingdom, Management, Operation and Maintenance of industrial installations for the purpose of supplementing the company
Role & Responsibilities:
It involved a number of reports, modifications and new developments to be made in the existing system. Responsibilities include, Maintenance/Modifications in ABAP/4 for SAP R/3, for Material Management, Sales & Distribution and FI/CO modules.
 Reports: 
  • Developed a report to print purchase order details using ALV Grid display.
  • Developed a report for displaying sales order details using ALV.
  • Modified report for customer credit limit control, as per business requirement while entering customer credit limit thru FD32 screen, system should check user and user limit to giving credit to the customer.
  • Modified HR time reports calculating short attendance, incorrectly punching, normal attendance etc.
  • Developed quarterly sales & production report, report contains quarter wise Production and sales data.
  • Developed a report for material details – for totals and subtotals for material stock values by material group and material type.
  • Developed interactive report to display day wise sales report.
  • Involved in data conversion and data migration from legacy data into SAP R/3 in MM, SD and FI modules (Vendor Master data, Material Master data)
  • Uploaded Customer Master using Session Method.
  • Vendor Master Conversion (MM). This conversion created Vendor Master Records in SAP using transaction XK01.
  • Modified BDC program to migrate Vendor Master (T.Code : XK01)      data from Legacy System to SAP R/3 database.

 SAP Scripts / Smart Forms:
  • Developed and Designed forms using SMARTFORMS for MM module like Purchase Order, MIGO, MIRO etc.
  • Solved SMARTFORMS printing issues like printing both Arabic and English in forms like Sales Invoice, Purchase Order and MIGO etc.
  • Modified sapscript layout set of payment voucher. Payment voucher is a Sapscript layout which will be attached to standard screen.

This is an implementation project, where my contribution involves the development activities.
The primary responsibilities included:
  • Analysis of Functional design Specification.
  • Design of Technical Specification Document.
  • Code Designing.
  • Preparation of Unit Test Plan Document.
  • Customer specific modifications and implementing SNOTE.
  • Modified several layouts of SAP Scripts & Smart Forms
  • Worked on performance tuning in reports.
As an ABAP Consultant for this project, worked extensively on various  areas
Reports:
1.  Sales Organization wise list of sales orders report. User will enter Sales Organization, Distribution Channel and Division on the selection screen. Download the sales order records to application server file.
2.  Created report to display month wise sales details.  Selection criteria were date range, sales organization and customer.
3.  Created report on Goods issue note. This report generates the information about, how much stock is issued to the customer according to the sales order for a particular period.
4.  Created report to display the customer details according to sales organization and distribution channel wise.
ALE
1.    Setting up SAP-ALE (IDoc) Interface by Creating/Maintaining Distribution model, Logical System, message types, activating the change pointers, generating partner profiles, IDoc reduction and filtering for the documents Material Master (MATMAS03) and Vendor Master (CREMAS03).
BDC
1.    Written BDC programs to upload customer master details using transaction VD01 from legacy system to R/3 system.
2.    Using the BDC program uploaded the BOM , material master data from legacy system to SAP R/3 using flat files.
3.    Uploaded Customer, Pricing, and purchase info records from legacy system to R/3
4.    Uploaded all the cost center master data into sap using call transaction method.
LSMW:
1.    Data Migration of material master from Legacy to SAP using LSMW.
2.    Data Migration of vendor master from Legacy to SAP using LSMW.
3.    Work included studying the source data in external system and subsequently identifying and mapping the corresponding Transaction, Programs, Screens and Fields in the SAP system. 
SAP Script
1.  Customized the layout set MEDRUCK in purchasing using SAP Scripts. Added customer logo to the purchase order layout set. Assigned the modified layout set to purchasing documents.
2.  Modified SAP standard Layouts for Invoice.
 Cross Applications:
1.    Created a RFC to know the all storages location with their stock details of      material.
2.    Created an RFC for Subcontractor Stock Details.

This is a support & Up gradation project, where my contribution involves the support activities in technical area (BASIS) and as an integrations solution (IS) consultant for UACC. The primary responsibilities included:
  • Analysis and assessment of  Customer Systems for Upgradation
  • Estimate of effort and time required to upgrade the SAP system Landscape
  • List of SPDD/SPAU objects (Modifications), list of Custom Objects.
  • Effort estimation for performing modification adjustments
